I am the only inspector in my company, so all inspections are preformed by me personally. I have been inspecting homes professionally now for over 5 years and have personally inspected over 1000 homes. I am a full member of ASHI (the American Society of Home Inspectors) and FABI (the Florida Association of Building Inspectors). The majority of the business I have today does not come from advertising but it rather comes from personal referrals of previous customers. I believe that this is because of how meticulous and detailed of an inspector I am, and because everyone who knows me at all knows that I can be trusted and I will do my very best. I know as a small single inspector company the only thing I have to offer is myself. My reputation, mean everything to me.

This is my office number, however the majority of the time I have it forwarded to my cell phone so I will answer most of the time. But, for what ever reason, I do not answer, please leave me a detailed message with a return # (please say your # slowly, this is the South) and I will return your call. I check my messages several times a day, so I will return your call within a fairly short period of time. I can usually fit in an inspection within 24 to 72 hours, occasionally even sooner.
